Built to Passive House principles on a live resort site — timber frame stick-built for precision on a challenging dune landscape, cedar shingle cladding, Millboard composite decking, and sunken hot tubs coordinated as part of a full turnkey package. Tight access, difficult weather, and an operational resort surrounding the site throughout. Delivered on programme, ahead of the summer season opening.
Latest milestone: Practical completion reached. Landscaping — long grasses, sandy resin paths, tropical planting — now maturing around the completed structures.
