We like to review your drawings at appointment stage, saving you from expensive pitfalls to ensure you have a true understanding of your budget. Too often, cost plans are hard to decipher or inaccurate and the budget can spiral out of control. We want to avoid that scenario.

Our team is the main success of Warvena, without their dedication and passion, we couldn’t maintain our integrity.
Over the years from previous experience’s and employment, Chris and Adam have felt that the industry weakest link in service was contractors who don’t work loyalty to a business and typically are appointed based on a good price who want to make quick money and get out of there, opposed to quality and service.
As Warvena grew, it was really important to us that we retained a small team who in house, could turn their hands to a lot of areas of the build, we predominantly do everything from the groundworks to joinery inhouse, to retain consistency and quality. Other than a handful of trades, we use the same tried and tested M&E contractors across all projects who understand what Warvena expect from them when appointed.
It is extremely important to the business that we invest in our team, from apprentice’s to senior management, we work in an industry that is forever moving forward, we will not be stuck behind the times and will continue to invest in Continuing professional development and investing in our local employees.
