A 1950-1966 period home awaits a revitalization as the years have passed, set upon a generous plot, this spacious dwelling, with its four bedrooms, this masonry dwelling undertook extensive remodelling and extensions, upgraded thermal envelope, boasted vaulted ceilings and architectural brilliances.

Description

Perched majestically atop the rugged cliffs of Crackington Haven, this extraordinary property has undergone a breath-taking transformation, expressing a bold statement of colour against the stunning natural surroundings. With commanding views of the North Coast serving as its backdrop, the project has evolved into a remarkable display of architectural brilliance, combining elements such as Black Natural Slate, pristine white thin-coat render, and striking black brickwork to create a harmonious interplay of contrasts.
